After months of planning and preparation, we are thrilled to announce the launch of a new Humane Fort Wayne Affinity Visa® Debit Card that will help support Humane Fort Wayne's programs for pets and the people who love them!
Exclusively at MidWest America, these instant issue Affinity
Visa® Debit Cards are available to new or existing MidWest America checking account holders. For a
$5 donation to Humane Fort Wayne, members can select from one of two available card designs - one for
dog lovers and one for feline fanciers. Then, with every Affinity card transaction, Humane Fort Wayne
will earn an additional donation from MidWest America.
