MidWest America is pleased to announce that you can now experience the convenience of our new Video Teller Machines (or VTMs) at our main office on Medical Park Drive! With VTMs, you’ll enjoy the same exceptional drive-thru service, now in a virtual setting. This cutting-edge technology comes with personal service and will allow you to speak face-to-face with a real-life staff member who can walk you through your transaction and answer account questions. Whether you need to make deposits, withdrawals, transfer funds, or make loan payments, our VTMs will have you covered. They dispense coin and cash up to $1,500, securely and efficiently. It’s face time for your financial needs! VTM transactions also post just as timely as coming inside to perform them.

Prefer to handle transactions independently? No problem! Our VTMs function as traditional ATMs with deposit capabilities and are accessible at any time.

Live video teller assistance is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Fridays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Plus, enjoy ATM access at the same unit around the clock, seven days a week.
