MidWest America Federal Credit Union strives to keep our employees and members safe and protected. We would like to take this moment to update you on how we’re working to keep everyone safe.
Drive-up service remains available, as well as lobby visits by appointment. Designated branch lobbies will be open with limited business hours starting Thursday, May 14th. Please continue to check our branch locations for updates on branch openings.
As it is our goal to make our branches safe for our members, we are actively following CDC recommendations and best health practices. All office lobbies will implement the following safety measures:
- We are observing social distancing in all branch lobbies, using floor markers to maintain a safe social distance.
- We are limiting the amount of people inside our offices at any given time to maintain a safe number at each location. Parents or legal guardians visiting with any children under the age of 16 will be limited to one child per adult.
- We have temporarily discontinued our coin counting services, and our public restrooms are closed at this time.
- Members are asked to perform a self-health check before entering our branches. COVID-19 symptoms include a temperature of 100.4F or above, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, persistent cough, headache, and/or sore throat. Please refrain from entering our branch lobbies if you are feeling sick or experiencing any of the above symptoms.
For your convenience, we offer non-lobby banking services such as our drive-up, ATMs, 24/7 Digital Banking, and our call center. If you have routine cash transactions, we encourage you to use our drive-up facilities.
MidWest America appreciates your understanding and flexibility during this time. Thank you for your continued trust in your Credit Union.
